There are two base offerings and their combinations are also possible:

Project based ad-hoc contract. Pricing will be based on our effort estimation to complete the project. This option is most suited for development of well defined independent applications or modules within the given timeframe. PSTech handles local management of the project, complete development and quality assurance to deliver high quality product to the client.

Headcount based long term contract. Pricing will be based on people you require to have on board. Experience and skill levels are agreed with the customer prior to recruiting the team. Team is working under local management but in constant coordination with your project manager. Statuses and progress reports are provided periodically to make the whole process transparent.
