PSTech ERP solution for retail

PSTech ERP solution for retail consists of three parts - materials accounting, financial accounting and POS (Point Of Sale) stand-alone application.

POS application


POS itself represents a smaller information system that should be installed separately in each retail store. It covers the entire business operations of a retail store, but also provides automatic data synchronization with PSTech ERP. In this way the centralized monitoring of the entire retail network is provided. Integration with cash registers from various manufacturers is enabled.

      Financial accounting

      PSTech ERP system bookkeeping is based on the double-entry bookkeeping (fixed assets, purchasing, sales ). The main difference when compared with the widespread general approach is that PSTech ERP system provides an integrated accounting: by entering a business transaction in one place, the transaction automatically appears in other records (general ledger, VAT ). This also means that integrated accounting eliminates the need for regular manual adjustments – all support records of PSTech ERP system are automatically aligned with the general ledger.
