Connector currently supports:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) versions 5.x, 6.x, 7.x and 8.x, and
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) - formerly Cisco Unified CallManager Express and Cisco CallManager Express - versions: CUCME (CME) 7.1 or later with Cisco IOS Release 15.0(1)XA or later.
- Does connector support Cisco Business Edition bundle?
Yes - all bundles having CUCM versions 5.x-8.x or CME 7.1. or later with Cisco IOS Release 15.0(1)XA or later are supported.
- Which SugarCRM editions (flavors) does Connector support?
Connector supports all SugarCRM flavors (Community, Professional, Corporate, Enterprise, Ultimate)
- Which SugarCRM versions does Connector support?
Connector supports SugarCRM version 5.1 and all the newer versions (6.x etc.).
- Which server operating systems does Connector supports?
Connector runs on all major Linux distributions and Microsoft Windows supporting Java 6 and Tomcat 6.
- Which Cisco IP phones does connector supports?
Connector supports all soft and hard IP phones with support for Cisco IP Phone Services.
- Which browser (thin client) does connector supports?
