  1. Which Cisco soft switches does Connector support?

    Connector currently supports:

    1. Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) versions 5.x, 6.x, 7.x and 8.x, and

    2. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME) - formerly Cisco Unified CallManager Express and Cisco CallManager Express - versions: CUCME (CME) 7.1 or later with Cisco IOS Release 15.0(1)XA or later.

  2. Does connector support Cisco Business Edition bundle?

    Yes - all bundles having CUCM versions 5.x-8.x or CME 7.1. or later with Cisco IOS Release 15.0(1)XA or later are supported.

  3. Which SugarCRM editions (flavors) does Connector support?

    Connector supports all SugarCRM flavors (Community, Professional, Corporate, Enterprise, Ultimate)

  4. Which SugarCRM versions does Connector support?

    Connector supports SugarCRM version 5.1 and all the newer versions (6.x etc.).

  5. Which server operating systems does Connector supports?

    Connector runs on all major Linux distributions and Microsoft Windows supporting Java 6 and Tomcat 6.

  6. Which Cisco IP phones does connector supports?

    Connector supports all soft and hard IP phones with support for Cisco IP Phone Services.

  7. Which browser (thin client) does connector supports?

  8. Do I have to buy a Connector license for every active SugarCRM user?

    No. You can buy any number of Connector licenses and then designate particular SugarCRM users as Connector users.
