At the School of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade (ETF), an opening class for the 7th generation of Software Engineering students was held today. This new department was established in 2004, trying to put focus on those interested in Computer Science, from the very start of university. Among many invitees from serbian software circles, there were also a Belgrade University Dean, Dr.Branko Kovačević, ETF Dean, Dr.Miodrag Popovic and many other officials.

Minister remarked that currently, there is a lack of IT engineers in Serbia, and encouraged young people to enroll electrical engineering school, because it will be easier to get a job.

As many of the PSTech employees have acquired their knowledge in this School, the company was actively supporting the department throughout the years. On October 5th, Goran Stevanovic, PSTech’s COO, welcomed the new generation of students and wished them succesful quest for new knowledge.
