After successfull presentations at CeBIT 2008&2009, PSTech has exibited again at CeBIT 2010. In the meantime, the company launched new products and made some interesting success stories in the field of opensource solutions and sw outsourcing.

Products

At CeBIT 2010 we show-cased an implementation of our product: SugarCRM/Cisco IP phone connector, as seen in the picture.

The CTI value proposition is very strong – with automatic capture of call details in the Sugar record, screen-pops,click-to-call, and other cool integrations with Sugar activities, and the ability to search the Sugar database right from an IP-enabled phone. (more info)

Also, main show-case was PSTech own-developed software: LoadXpert, a unique performance testing tool, which is desgined with various capabilities for software perfomance testing and Web Applications segment. www.loadxpert.net

Opensource CRM
PSTech is a SugarCRM silver partner, very active in the region of South East Europe. We already performed deep customizations of Sugar Professional solution to Internet Service Provider industry, as well as trading industry. Outsourcing expertize with Cisco along with Sugar implementations, helped us develop our own product-the connector mentioned above.
