Overview of our selection process

After receiving your job application, we will use different skill assessment techniques, depending on the role you have applied for. Notwithstanding the available job positions, each applicant CV will be entered in our candidate database. If there is a job opening matching your competencies, you will get a chance to shine during one or two face-to-face interviews with our HR Manager and Team Leads. After that, you are welcome to join our team and become a part of PSTech family.
